Andrew and I had an idea that with our shared love for new technology, we could change how the world buys and sells houses. On that day, GVR was born. At this point, I have been playing with 360º photography for months. Experimenting what could and couldn’t be done. Virtual staging was an exciting development! By adding 3D models to the photos, we could save realtors time and money.

360˚ guided tour

I wanted to to expand upon our possibilities with VR. Something that would really interest realtors. A narrated 360-degree guided video tour. Compatible with google cardboard, realtors could use this video to attract buyers from out of state.

 
 

A new way to explore

With the guided tour complete, it was time to make the experience more interactive. I designed a clickable experience that gave the buyers full control to explore.

Growth of the business

While I work on most of our projects, there are some things I can not do on my own. For clients that want services like Renderings and Cinematography, I find professionals in other fields to help us. Since some of these services are popular, I have become used to working with designers in other fields to get a job done!
